Prior to joining our team, David was Senior Director of Social Media and Digital Marketing at Trier and Company, one of Silicon Valley’s top communications agencies servicing global technology clients. With deep experience in digital and social media marketing, he developed a specialty in integrated program development which resulted in successful executions spanning multiple channels of engagement.
David helped clients to effectively leverage social and digital technologies to meet their business objectives. Previously, David worked as a digital marketing consultant to some of the leading luxury real estate specialists in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Paired with his International Business studies from San Francisco State University, David’s broad knowledge of business methodologies and marketing practices guide clients to achieve social and digital programs that align with their business goals.

Terri Tiffany creates and executes dynamic communications strategies for select clients through media and experiential marketing. Based in San Francisco and Silicon Valley, Tiffany’s expertise is consumer communications and events, with special knowledge of luxury brand marketing. She is a proven leader with success in building strong campaigns to heighten positive awareness and drive consumer behavior in crowded market categories.
Her scope of work includes creating PR strategy and execution for consumer campaigns, product and luxury retail launches, entertainment and sports marketing, event design and execution, and crisis management. She has led communications for the Hearst Corporation flagship newspaper, Samsung, Starbucks, Tiffany & Co’s Pacific Northwest region and one of the nation’s largest luxury real estate firms, Pacific Union International, as well as the largest footrace in the world, the Bay to Breakers race.
A native San Franciscan, Tiffany holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from Stanford University where she studied journalism and marketing communications.

Patrick V. Barber, President of Pacific Union International’s (PUI) San Francisco Region, works closely with CEO Mark McLaughlin to bring innovative operating practices and renewed market vigor to the San Francisco Bay Area’s premier international luxury real estate brand. He serves on the executive committee of the company and contributes to the strategic direction, long term planning, and fiscal decision making processes. Barber joined the PUI team in March 2010 after nearly 12 years at Sotheby's International Realty.
As President of PUI’s San Francisco Region, Barber’s focus is on strategic growth and operations, agent development, marketing, and community efforts for three of its 22 offices — the firm’s largest region. Passionate about client service, the longtime real estate professional understands first-hand the cyclical challenges of selling real estate in the Bay Area and how to navigate complex transactions. Barber’s ability to find and nurture agent talent has become his hallmark. He also oversees Mortgage Services Professionals, a joint venture launched by PUI and Wells Fargo Bank in Q2 2010 to provide streamlined financing and mortgage services to PUI clients. In addition, Barber sits on the Operating Committee for the company’s insurance joint venture, Pro Insurance.

Mark A. McLaughlin is Chief Executive Officer of Pacific Union International, Inc. McLaughlin acquired Pacific Union in August 2009 and the brand enjoys an exclusive relationship with Christie’s International Real Estate, the premier international organization of residential real estate service firms.
A visionary leader in the real estate industry for more than 20 years, the hallmark of McLaughlin’s successes have consistently been executive team leadership, early adoption of technology applications, open communication and teamwork with keen emphasis on quantitative goals and exceeding client expectations. He has been highly effective in building dynamic organizations and developing successful business partnerships by establishing clear, measurable objectives for his team and clients. McLaughlin has directed each engagement personally with intense passion and draws on various experiences to achieve peak performance.
Bryant McOmber joined Pacific Union as the Vice President of the California Street office in August 2004. He previously served as a Vice President with Alain Pinel Realtors, where he was responsible for its San Mateo and Half Moon Bay offices.
Following his early years as an Alameda County Deputy District Attorney, Bryant practiced general business litigation in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties and, from 1988, specialized exclusively in real estate and brokerage law, including a lengthy tenure as general counsel for Cornish & Carey Residential Real Estate. He has been a periodic speaker at local and state bar association professional meetings, and has conducted numerous legal seminars for large gatherings of real estate brokerage professionals.
"Interacting with excellent real estate agents and brokers and exercising stewardship over their real estate transactions, especially from a legal perspective, is a hugely satisfying professional experience," says Bryant.
In addition to his affiliation with the California Association of Realtors and with local real estate boards, Bryant is a licensed broker, an active member in good standing of the San Mateo and Santa Clara County Bar Associations as well as the State Bar of California. The Brigham Young University alumnus (B.A., History) earned his J.D. degree from the University of Utah.
Tasneem has loved every minute she has spent in San Francisco, the City she has adopted. Dining out, shopping in unusual markets, and exploring the city's diverse neighborhoods were intoxicating. Right at the onset she was intrigued by the variety of houses people choose to be in and got great satisfaction in finding them their perfect home.
Tasneem grew up in Kenya, schooled in London where she got her accounting degree, majoring in taxation. London remains a perfect base to explore Europe and the many countries she loves to visit in the Far East.
During a one year sabbatical in Kenya she helped launch a Pediatric Aids Medical Clinic in Mombasa and worked for the Breast Cancer Society. She volunteered her time for Feed the Children, an organization that helps to dig wells and feeds and clothes needy families in remote African villages.
