The Dogpatch
A One-Of-A-Kind Neighborhood
The Dogpatch neighborhood is as historic as it is vibrant. Populated in the late 1800s by industrial workers and their families, the Dogpatch was one of the few areas in San Francisco to survive the 1906 earthquake and fire. In 2002, the Dogpatch became an officially designated historic district of the city of San Francisco.
The Dogpatch is located on the East side of San Francisco, and runs adjacent to the waterfront of the San Francisco Bay, just east of Potrero Hill. The neighborhood offers convenient access to the South Bay, Silicon Valley, and Downtown San Francisco via Muni Metro light rail, Caltrain, and the nearby 280 and 101 highways. The building is just half a block from the Muni Metro light rail, and offers as well an on-site car share program.
